Pink Panther Dragon Fruit is a hybrid variety that comes from Selenicereus Setacus and Selenicereus Guatemalensis variety made possible by cross pollinating Sugar Dragon & Voodoo Child. Gets its name for its bright pink-coloured flesh. The fruit has a nice balance of acidity and sweetness and is quite refreshing chilled. The sweetness scores a rating of 19 on a Brix scale of 0 to 32 for sweetness. This variety is self-pollinating and will set fruit on its own. The pollen is a great source when crossing with other varieties. This variety grows well and is a very stable grower.
