The Asunta 5 Patricia is a rare dragon fruit hybrid with yellow skin and white flesh. It was created by breeder Edgar Valdivia by crossing Tricia and Asunta 4.Essentially Hybridizing a Selenicereus Guatemalensis with Selenicereus Stenopterus. With its rare yellow skin, sweet melon-flavored white flesh, and stunningly colored flowers on strong branches, this one-of-a-kind variety is a must-have for fruit enthusiasts and collectors alike.  This Asunta 5 sibling has the most geogous and photogenic out of all asunta 5 siblings. Patricia has the most vibrant fruit skin color with fruits weighting around 1.5 lbs. Flesh is white with a firm texture and sweetness comparable to Palora, but with a special kick to the taste. Patricia fruit has a complex flavour with a hint of star apple and pear. Please note taste is very subjective, and it can slightly change depending on weather, nutrient and harvest time. If you are looking for a variety as sweet as Palora but has more flavor, look no further.
