H. Stenopterus X H. Guatemalensis. created by Edgar Valdivia a member of the California Rare Fruit Grower organization, this variety is an improvement of Asunta 3 pollinated yet again with Condor. The flower is Pink and is self-sterile, cross pollination is required and flowers might be needed to be opened manually. The fruit is larger than Asunta 3 and average 1 to 2 Lbs.
its outer skin is peach, with Lime colored fins and the flesh is magenta/purple. The flesh is sweet with a tart end and has a cherry/berry, very refreshing flavor. Brix reported at 16-18.
